Easy Meal Plan Week #4 features five lip-smacking dinners, two delicious side dishes and one festive drink. There’s suggestions for leftovers, too!
This meal plan is for the week before Christmas — can you believe the holidays are almost here?! We’ve got a healthy mix of chicken, fish, beef and even one vegetarian option. Plus, you’ll find a couple of side dishes and a drink that just screams holiday entertaining.
No desserts on the actual menu, but if you’ve started your holiday baking, you probably have plenty of sweets around. If not, I’ll throw in a suggestion as well as an idea for leftovers, because you all know how much I love leftovers!
Easy Meal Plan Week #4
Sticky Finger Casserole from Busy Mom’s Helper — This is a super kid friendly dinner, and you can always warm up the pasta for later.
Beer Battered Cod from Carrie’s Home Cooking — Who doesn’t love a good fish fry?!
Chicken Lettuce Wraps from Suburban Simplicity — This is super easy and healthy, too!
Crock-Pot Mississippi Roast from Meatloaf and Melodrama — Let your slow cooker do the work for you, and use the leftovers for the weekend!
Beetroot and Feta Tarte Tartin from The Cook’s Pyjamas — Doesn’t this look elegant?
Extras for the Week
Rosemary Sweet Potato Rolls from Vintage Kitty — I’m thinking that these rolls would be perfect for Christmas dinner!
Tostones from Smart Little Cookie — I’ve always wanted to try fried plantains.
Sparkling Cider Sangria from Art from my Table — Your guests will be very impressed!
You’ll have plenty of leftovers from Wednesday’s roast, so use the meat to make these
And if you’re craving sweets, you can whip up these
Peppermint Brownies in just one bowl!
I hope you enjoy the food we’ve included in this easy meal plan, friends. And be sure to let me know if you have any questions.
