Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs are perfectly cooked in the pressure cooker in about 15 minutes and are much easier to peel than hard cooked eggs made on the stove.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 7 eggs
  • ice and additional water for cooling

Instructions

  • Place trivet in the Instant Pot, and pour in 1 cup water
  • Arrange eggs evenly on trivet
  • Cover, turn valve to sealing position, and hit PRESSURE COOK for 5 minutes
  • Do a 5 minute natural release, and turn valve to venting position to release remaining pressure. When pin drops, remove lid, and carefully remove eggs to a large bowl filled with ice water
  • Allow eggs to cool for 5 minutes, then remove from ice bath, and peel or place in refrigerator until ready to use
