- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup butter melted
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips mini
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, and stir to combine the mixture.
Add the cooled, melted butter.
Add the milk and pumpkin and thoroughly combine all the ingredients with a hand mixer
Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a pan greased with butter.
Bake the muffins for 20-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
