Fried Kielbasa, Potatoes and Peppers is a super easy one pan dinner recipe made with smoked sausage, baby creamer potatoes, colorful bell peppers and onions. Simple and delicious!
1poundYukon Gold baby potatoeswashed and sliced into quarters
1ropekielbasasliced
1teaspoonsea salt
½teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
2bell peppers1 red and 1 orange, chopped
Instructions
In a large non-stick skillet, melt butter and olive oil, and add the cut potatoes and onions
Cook over medium to medium high heat, stirring frequently, until potatoes begin to soften
Add the sliced kielbasa, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder, and cook until heated through and brown on the outside, stirring frequently
When potatoes are crisp on the outside and fork tender, stir in the peppers, and cook until tender but still firm
Notes
Cook times may vary depending upon how hot your skillet is but can take 30 to 40 minutes. I recommend using medium to medium-high heat and adjusting heat to avoid burning, if necessary.
