Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ancho chile powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add spices to a bowl or jar
  • Mix together, and use for any recipe that calls for taco seasoning

Notes

Recipe is for 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of meat. You can double or triple the ingredients to use or to save for later. 
If you make a big batch, keep tightly covered in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
