Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 2 pounds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 packet low sodium chicken gravy 1.87 oz
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
Spray the slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker
Season with garlic powder, pepper and parsley
Add gravy packet, cream of chicken and chicken broth, and mix well
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is 165 degrees f according to a meat thermometer
Shred chicken, mix with gravy, and serve
Use a hand mixer to shred chicken in the crockpot or a separate bowl.
Cook times may vary with brand of slow cooker.
If you want more gravy, use 1 cup of chicken broth and 2 packets of gravy mix.
