Brownie Batter Dip

Brownie Batter Dip is an easy dessert dip that tastes like brownie batter. This no bake dessert recipe is rich, creamy and delicious! Enjoy this chocolate dip for holidays, birthday parties, bridal showers or baby showers!

Ingredients

  • 18 oz box brownie mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 8 oz cool whip thawed
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Put the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl, and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mix reaches a temperature of 165℉. Allow to cool completely
  • Add cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth
  • Add milk and beat well
  • Add in brownie mix and mix until all lumps are gone
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully blended
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips
  • Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and top with sprinkles and extra chocolate chips if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve

Make sure you heat-treat the brownie mix before using for safety.
You can make this dip gluten free by using gluten free brownie mix and other ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
