Microwave Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 medium ears of corn

Instructions

  • Remove corn from husks, remove corn silk and rinse under cold water
  • Place on microwave safe plate, and cover with wet paper towels
  • Cook for 4 minutes or until you can easily pierce kernels with sharp knife or fork. Cook in additional 30-second intervals if needed

Notes

Cook time may vary with microwave wattage and size of corn cobs. 
Do not over cook, as corn will continue to steam after it is removed from the microwave. Cook in 30-second increments if needed for softer corn.
