Equipment

Ingredients

  • 40 frozen meatballs
  • 14 oz Teriyaki sauce any brand
  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks drained

Instructions

  • Spray inside of slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
  • Place frozen meatballs in crockpot
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over meatballs, and stir to coat
  • Place pineapple on top of meatballs. Do not stir
  • Place lid on slow cooker, and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours, stirring as needed.

Notes

You can use fewer meatballs with this recipe. If you are using more than 40 meatballs, double the sauce.
Look for low sodium or lower sodium sauce to control sodium level. The taste will vary with what brand of sauce you use.
Don't stir pineapple into the sauce in the beginning to keep pineapple from turning brown and absorbing too much sauce as it cooks.
