Turkey Sliders Recipe
Turkey Sliders on Hawaiian rolls with cranberry sauce and cheese is an easy way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.

- 12 small Hawaiian rolls
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 cups leftover turkey
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees℉
Slice rolls in half using a serrated knife
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom of the rolls
Place turkey on top of the mayo
Spoon cranberry sauce over the turkey
Add cheese slices over the turkey
Place tops of rolls over the cheese
In a small bowl, melt butter and Italian seasoning in microwave. Brush melted butter mixture on top of the rolls
Cover lightly with a piece of aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes or until sandwiches are heated through and cheese is melted
For more flavor, add Dijon mustard or hot sauce. You can add leftover gravy or stuffing if you like.
Substitute deli turkey for the leftover turkey and use your favorite cheese.
