White Bean Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter made by heating 4 cloves of garlic and 1 stick of butter on the stove
  • 1 15.5- ounce can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon dried ground sage

Instructions

  • Make the garlic butter, and set aside
  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor, and puree until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon into a small bowl, and add a little bit of olive oil to the top, just for some extra flavor.
  • Enjoy!
