- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 medium ripe mashed bananas
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Sliced bananas for garnish
- Honey for topping
In a large mixing bowl, add the egg, and beat slightly
Add the remaining ingredients, except sliced bananas and honey, and mix until combined
Lightly grease a griddle with butter, and heat on medium high heat until griddle is hot
Drop small cirlces of batter onto the griddle, and heat on one side until bubbles form and start to stay open and edges look firm
Flip pancakes over and finish cooking
Cover, and keep warm until batter is gone
Serve with sliced bananas and drizzle with honey
