Easy Crock-Pot Shredded Chicken
Make Easy Crock-Pot Shredded Chicken in the slow cooker and you can use it in so many different recipes. It's a real time saver on busy days!

- 3 pounds to 4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts about 2 to 3
- 1 yellow or white onion cut into large chunks
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves fresh garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoons to 2 olive oil
Pour the olive oil in the bottom of the slow cooker, and add the onions
Place chicken breasts over the onion
Add the remaining ingredients
Cover, and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours if frozen and 2 to 3 hours if fresh
Shred meat with two large forks, and refrigerate or freeze for later
