Ingredients

  • 3 pounds to 4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts about 2 to 3
  • 1 yellow or white onion cut into large chunks
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoons to 2 olive oil

Instructions

  • Pour the olive oil in the bottom of the slow cooker, and add the onions
  • Place chicken breasts over the onion
  • Add the remaining ingredients
  • Cover, and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours if frozen and 2 to 3 hours if fresh
  • Shred meat with two large forks, and refrigerate or freeze for later
