Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders

Baked ham and cheese sliders are topped with melted provolone cheese and tangy BBQ sauce for an easy 15 minute meal or game day snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound deli ham sliced thin
  • 10 small sandwich buns
  • 10 slices provolone cheese sliced thick
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Slice sandwich buns, and lay flat open on a large baking dish
  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top part of each bun, and place cheese over mayo
  • Pile the ham on the bottom part of each bun, and top ham with barbecue sauce
  • Heat in the oven until cheese begins to melt
  • Close the buns, and cook until cheese is fully melted and heated through
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can adjust the amounts to make as few or as many sliders as you want.
Use larger brioche buns for sandwiches instead of sliders.
Covering the sliders loosely with foil after you put the top buns on will keep the buns soft.
