Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados pitted and sliced
  • cup chopped red onion
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • ½ of a jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until they're fairly smooth.
  • Add the lime juice, and mix well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, and stir until completely blended.
