Servings: 8 chicken tenders
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons adobo sauce
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line a baking sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil, and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray
Place chicken tenders on tray, and season with sea salt and garlic powder
In small bowl, mix adobo sauce, honey, minced onions and brown sugar, and brush thin coat evenly over chicken
Bake for 10 minutes, and add remaining sauce over chicken, then return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 165, according to thermometer
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
