This Sheet Pan Smoked Sausage and Potatoes recipe with green beans is an easy weeknight meal with few ingredients that the whole family will love. It is super easy to make, takes just 25 minutes to bake, and clean-up is easy, too!
1 ½poundssmoked sausage (kielbasa) 2 ropes, sliced into ½ inch rounds
1poundbaby potatoescut into 1 inch pieces
1poundfresh green beanstrimmed
1teaspoonsea salt
½teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Add potatoes to a mixing bowl, and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and half of the spices. Place on baking sheet in a single layer
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven, and add smoked sausage and green beans (toss in olive oil and season with remaining spices before adding to baking sheet)
Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking
Serve immediately

Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy clean-up, or add cooking spray to unlined baking sheet if desired.You can prep the green beans and smoked sausage while the potatoes are cooking.
