Orange Ginger Glazed Carrots
Orange ginger glazed carrots are cooked with brown sugar, orange juice and spices for a slightly sweet and spicy side dish perfect for holidays and special occasions

3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon dash pepper 1/4 cup orange juice 1 pound baby carrots
In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat
Add brown sugar, sea salt, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper, and stir until blended
Stir in orange juice, and mix until well combined
Raise heat to medium high, add carrots, and coat well with sauce
Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until just tender
Serve immediately
