Jalapeno Popper Toppers

RITZ Crackers topped with a blend of cream cheese and Mexican cheese and garnished with sliced jalapeno peppers

Ingredients

  • 36 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, rinsed and each cut into 12 thin slices

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese until blended.
  • Spread onto cracker.
  • Top with peppers.

Notes

Substitute
Prepare using ½ cup cream cheese spread.
To Serve Warm
Heat oven to 350°F.  Spread crackers with cheese mixture as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake 5 min. Top with peppers.
