Easy Baked Peaches

Easy Baked Peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon take just 10 minutes to make and are even better with vanilla ice cream for a delicious summer dessert!

  • 3 peaches washed, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place peaches, cut side up, on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet 
  • Cut butter into small pieces, and place 1 piece into center of each peach
  • Top each peach with 1 teaspoon brown sugar, and sprinkle cinnamon evenly over all peaches
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until peaches are warm throughout and slightly soft
  • Top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired, and enjoy!


I serve one half of a peach per person. Topped with ice cream, it's enough for one person.
You can easily adjust the recipe to serve as many as you need.
