  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • In a small mixing bowl, stir the oats, milk and yogurt until well combined
  • Stir in the brown sugar, honey and cinnamon
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight
  • Top with extra honey and diced apples or other fruit, if desired
