Notes

Recipe was made in an 8-quart Instant Pot electric pressure cooker. For a 6 quart, reduce liquid to 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup apple cider or juice.
You can use apple juice, beer or your favorite cola in place of the apple cider.
To remove membrane, slide the blade of a thin knife under the membrane at the smallest rib and lift up. Grab with a napkin or paper towel and pull to remove.
