Spicy habanero beef sliders are topped with pineapple and cheddar cheese and a creamy sauce. They're perfect quick and easy appetizers for game day or dinner on the go!
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, and mix in minced onions, sea salt, pepper and habanero sauce
Form small patties, about 2 inches wide, and place on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes, turn patties over, then bake for additional 10 minutes, or until internal temperature is 160 degrees, according to meat thermometer.
Top with small slices of cheddar cheese, and bake until melted
To assemble sliders, place beef patties on small slider buns, and top with creamy habanero sauce and sliced pineapple
For the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the mayo with the habanero sauce until smooth and well combined
