Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Cups
Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Cups made with leftover chicken dip and wontons are baked in a muffin tin for a quick and easy bite-sized appetizer perfect for game day and parties!
- 48 wonton wrappers
- 2 cups cooked Instant Pot Buffalo chicken dip
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, and place 2 wonton wrappers in each cup, overlapping one another
Spoon shredded Buffalo chicken into each wonton wrapper, and top each with shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and wontons are light brown. Chicken should be heated through. Remove from muffin tin and serve
