  • 48 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups cooked Instant Pot Buffalo chicken dip
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, and place 2 wonton wrappers in each cup, overlapping one another
  • Spoon shredded Buffalo chicken into each wonton wrapper, and top each with shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and wontons are light brown. Chicken should be heated through. Remove from muffin tin and serve
