Summer Fruit Smoothie

This easy Summer Fruit Smoothie is made with strawberries, blueberries and kiwi fruit and without yogurt or dairy. It's a light, refreshing summer drink!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups ice
  • ½ cup peach juice
  • 4 kiwis peeled and cut into chunks 
  • 1 pound strawberries rinsed and hulled
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries rinsed

Instructions

  • Add the ice and peach juice to the blender, add the lid, and crush the ice
  • Add the kiwi fruit, strawberries and blueberries, place lid back on, and puree until smooth
  • Pour into glasses, and serve

Notes

Omit ice if using frozen fruit. Pour into chilled glasses to keep smoothies extra cold!
