Ingredients

  • 6 slices bologna
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Add sliced bologna to a medium skillet, and cook on medium heat until edges are slightly crispy and middles bubble up
  • Add sliced provolone cheese and allow to melt
  • Remove from skillet, and place on toasted bread slices. Top with lettuce and tomato, if desired

Notes

You can drain the fat from the skillet before adding the cheese or lift the meat and cheese out of the skillet and allow the grease to drip off before making the sandwiches.
You can use your favorite cheese for the sandwich.
