Easy Tropical Fruit Salad

This easy Tropical Fruit Salad recipe made with fresh fruit and simple honey lime dressing is an easy side dish. This delicious fruit salad is perfect for cookouts during the summer months and goes with just about anything!

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 1 pineapple prepared and cut into small chunks
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 4 kiwis peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 mandarin oranges peeled and divided up
  • 1 pint strawberries thinly sliced
  • 1 banana thinly sliced

Dressing

  • 1 medium lime juice of
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit, and add everything to a large serving bowl
  • In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and honey until well combined. You can add another tablespoon of honey if you like it sweeter
  • Pour the dressing over the salad, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve

Notes

You can use already prepared cut-up fruit from the store and canned mandarin oranges to make prep work easier. 
Add another tablespoon of honey if you like a sweeter dressing. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
