Easy Baked S'mores

Make Easy Baked S'mores in the oven or air fryer with just 3 simple ingredients. This super easy summer dessert is ready in just a few minutes!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 12 graham cracker squares
  • 6 marshmallows or more if using mini marshmallows
  • 6 milk chocolate bar squares about 3 chocolate bars

Instructions

  • Place 6 graham crackers on a foil lined baking sheet, and top with 6 marshmallows

  • Broil for 3 minutes or until marshmallows start to brown
    broiled marshmallows over graham crackers on baking sheet
  • Top each marshmallow with chocolate, and broil for a few seconds or until chocolate starts to soften
    melted chocolate over marshmallows
  • Place remaining graham crackers over chocolate, and serve
    baked smores on plate

Notes

You can use single marshmallows or mini marshmallows.
You can use milk or dark chocolate bars or chocolate chip morsels.
For firmer chocolate, allow the heat of the oven or air fryer oven to melt the chocolate, but don't broil. Or, don't return the s'mores to the oven after adding chocolate.
