Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck 80/20 blend
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ¼ cup water or beef broth

Instructions

  • Season beef with soup mix
  • add water, and mix well. Form into patties, about ½ inch thick, and make indentation with thumb in middle of patties
  • Grill burgers over medium high heat for about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 160 degrees
  • Top with cheese, if desired, before serving

Notes

To make burgers in air fryer, preheat to 400 degrees, place patties on tray, and cook for 15 minutes, turning over about halfway through cooking, or until internal temperature is 160 degrees, according to meat thermometer.
