Slow Cooker Sausage and Potatoes

- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
- 1 pound baby potatoes quartered
- 2 pounds smoked sausage 2 ropes
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups green beans fresh, optional
Add olive oil to the bottom of the slow cooker
Add potatoes, and season with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Toss to coat
Add smoked sausage slices and butter. Cover, and cook for 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low, or until potatoes are fork tender.
Add fresh green beans about 2 hours before ready to serve for crisper texture or earlier for softer texture.
You can use 1 pound potatoes and 1 pound sausage or 2 pounds each of sausage and potatoes, if desired.
Add canned green beans about 1/2 hour before serving.
