Christmas Wreath Vegetable Platter

This Christmas Wreath Vegetable Platter is an easy appetizer made with broccoli and other raw vegetables in the shape of a holiday wreath. Your guests will love this festive veggie tray!

Ingredients

  • 3 heads broccoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes

Instructions

  • Wash the vegetables, and pat dry
  • Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite size florets
  • Cut the bell pepper into strips
  • Place a small bowl in the center of small round platter. Arrange the broccoli around the bowl, and place cauliflower and grape tomatoes evenly on broccoli
  • Arrange pepper strips on bottom of wreath in the shape of a bow
  • Fill bowl with dip before serving

Notes

Cauliflower adds a little color, but you can omit if desired.
Add sliced cucumbers or green pea pods or other green veggies if desired.
