Chop the Oreos and Baker's chocolate into medium sized pieces. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir until combined and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter until fluffy.
Add in the white sugar and brown sugar. Beat until combined.
Mix in the vanilla.
Add one egg and beat. Then, beat in the second egg.
Gradually add in the dry ingredient mixture. Mix until fully combined.
With a spatula, fold in the Baker's chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, chocolate chips and most of the Oreo chunks.
Let the dough set in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
In the mean time, preheat the oven at 350°F.
Scoop the dough in ¼ cup sized balls. Set them on a prepared baking sheet, making sure they're at least 2 inches apart from each other.
Place the remaining Oreo chunks on top of the dough balls.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack or plate.
