Ingredients

apples
I used Granny Smith

caramel candies
½
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pinch of cinnamon
if desired
Sea salt
if desired
Instructions
Wash apples, cut in half, and scoop out the core.
Place apples in small baking dish, and fill each core with 2 caramels.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until caramel is melted and apples are soft.
Top with chocolate chips and cinnamon, and bake until chips are melted.
Remove from oven and add sea salt and vanilla ice cream, if desired.
Notes
You can bake the apples in an air fryer oven if you have one.
