In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth
Stir in 1 cup of powdered sugar, and mix well
Add the second cup of powdered sugar and the graham cracker crumbs, and mix until fully combined (you may need to use your hands for this part since mixture is thick)
Add the chocolate chips, and press mixture into greased 13X9-inch baking dish
Pour the caramel sauce over the peanut butter layer, and refrigerate until firm
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, melt the second cup of peanut butter and chocolate chips on low heat (you can do this on the stove or in the microwave for about 30 seconds)
Stir in the vanilla extract
Pour frosting over the caramel layer, smooth out with spatula, and top with extra crushed graham crackers, if desired
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve
