Ingredients
2
eggs
lightly beaten
½
cup
vegetable oil
or coconut oil or melted butter
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
cups
flour
1
tablespoon
sugar

teaspoons
baking powder
¼
teaspoon
sea salt
1½
cups
milk
or more up to 2 cups or until batter is pourable

tablespoons
sprinkles
Instructions
Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl whisk together until foamy
Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract, and whisk until combined
Mix in the remaining ingredients except sprinkles, until batter is fairly smooth
Gently stir in sprinkles
Heat waffle iron, and lightly spray with non-stick spray
Drop a small amount of batter in middle of the iron, and gently spread out towards the ends
Cook for about 5 minutes or until the iron stops steaming
Remove from iron, and keep warm until all waffles are made
Garnish with whipped cream, extra sprinkles or whatever you want
Notes
Use vegetable oil, coconut oil or melted butter.
