Ingredients

  • 1 head fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 4 to 5 large strawberries sliced thin
  • 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tablespoons bacon chopped
  • For the Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons to 2 honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Arrange the spinach and sliced strawberries in separate bowls or a large bowl
  • Add the bacon and Gorgonzola cheese
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey together, and season with salt and pepper, to taste
  • Pour dressing over salad or serve on the side
