- 12 ounces frozen strawberries about 2 cups
- 3 ripe bananas cut into large chunks
- 5 tablespoons Peanut Powder
- 1 ½ cups oat milk
- drizzle of honey optional
Add all of the ingredients to a blender
Place lid on blender, and blend until smooth. You may have to scrape the sides with a spatula
Pour into glasses, and serve
Use oat milk or almond milk for a dairy free smoothie. You can use regular milk if desired.
If you don't want the added protein, leave out the peanut powder.
