Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

This Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie recipe made with peanut powder and without yogurt is a delicious protein packed plant based breakfast or afternoon snack. Use oat milk or almond milk to keep this fruit smoothie dairy free!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen strawberries about 2 cups
  • 3 ripe bananas cut into large chunks
  • 5 tablespoons Peanut Powder
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • drizzle of honey optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender
  • Place lid on blender, and blend until smooth. You may have to scrape the sides with a spatula
  • Pour into glasses, and serve

Notes

Use oat milk or almond milk for a dairy free smoothie. You can use regular milk if desired.
If you don't want the added protein, leave out the peanut powder.
