Easy Pumpkin Alfredo
An easy Alfredo sauce infused with savory pumpkin

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream or half and half
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound cooked Pasta
In a large saucepan, melt the butter, and gently stir in the cream.
Add the pumpkin puree, Parmesan cheese and spices, and stir until completely blended.
If the sauce seems too thick, you can add more cream or pasta water to thin it out.
Stir in your favorite cooked pasta, and serve right away.
