Baked Honey Sriracha Chicken Tenders

For the Chicken
- 2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Honey Sriracha Sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line a baking sheet with foil, and coat with non-stick spray or olive oil
Place chicken tenders on the baking sheet, and season all with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
In a small bowl, mix the sriracha sauce, honey and minced onions, and spread a thin coat evenly over the chicken tenders
Bake for about 15 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees
Remove from oven, coat with remaining sauce, and bake for another 5 minutes or until sauce is thick
Add chopped fresh cilantro or lime slices for garnish, if desired
