Ingredients

  • 12 ounces lump crab meat
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, add the crab, cream cheese, onion, milk, horseradish and sea salt
  • Mix together, and spread evenly into a greased, shallow baking dish
  • Top with shredded cheese, and bake for 30 minutes
  • Serve warm
