Campbell's Green Bean Casserole Recipe

- 10.25 oz can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4 cups green beans frozen, fresh or 2 cans
- 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder optional
Preheat oven to 350℉, and grease a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray
In a mixing bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk and soy sauce together
Stir in the green beans, ½ cup of onions and pepper, and mix until well combined
Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth evenly with a spoon
Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly
Top with remaining French fried onions, and bake for an additional 5 minute or until golden brown
If using fresh green beans, trim and blanch for about 2 minutes before using.
To make green bean casserole ahead of time, leave out the top layer of onions, and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Top with crispy onions right before baking.
