- ½ cup butter 1 stick
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 14.75-oz cans creamed corn
- 2 15.25-oz cans whole kernel corn drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Spray a 6-7 quart slow cooker with non stick spray
Melt butter in a small bowl
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and stir until well combined
Pour corn mixture into slow cooker, spread evenly with spatula, and add lid
Cook for 2-3 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low
Cooking times may vary with brands and models of slow cookers. Casserole should be 160 degrees F when done.
For a cheesy casserole, add shredded cheddar cheese or cheddar blend to the top of the casserole the last half hour of cooking.
