- 2 large eggs
- 1 1 box white cake mix
- ⅓ cup melted butter or oil
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup red white and blue sprinkles
- m&m candies
Preheat oven to 350℉
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, and lightly beat with hand mixer
Add the cake mix, melted butter and milk, and mix well
Use a tablespoon to scoop batter out and drop on baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between cookies
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm and tops are slightly cracked
Remove from oven, and place 3 or 4 M&M's on top of the warm cookies. Allow to cool slightly, then remove cookies from baking sheets, and allow to cool completely on a wire rack or counter
Batter may be sticky, so using parchment paper or foil or silicone baking mats is recommended.
If your house is warm and the dough is too soft, you can chill dough for 10-15 minutes.
Don't press down on the dough balls, as this will make the cookies too flat.
