  • 1 slices small watermelon cut into thin , with seeds removed
  • 2 pints of blueberries rinsed
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese


  • Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to make watermelon stars from the sliced melon.
  • Add the watermelon and blueberries to a large serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese over the salad, and mix in right before serving.
  • Enjoy!
