Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip
This easy avocado cottage cheese dip recipe combines mashed avocados with creamy cottage cheese for a delicious twist on regular guacamole. Perfect for snacking!

- 3 medium ripe avocados halved with pits removed
- 1 small can diced green chiles
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from half a lime
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco Sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
Scoop insides of avocados into a medium mixing bowl, and mash well
Add green chiles, and mash into avocado
Mix in lime juice, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder
Stir in cottage cheese until fully blended
Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve
Use your favorite hot sauce or taco sauce here.
For a smoother dip, blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
