Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip

This easy avocado cottage cheese dip recipe combines mashed avocados with creamy cottage cheese for a delicious twist on regular guacamole. Perfect for snacking!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avocados halved with pits removed
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from half a lime
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  • Scoop insides of avocados into a medium mixing bowl, and mash well
  • Add green chiles, and mash into avocado
  • Mix in lime juice, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • Stir in cottage cheese until fully blended
  • Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve

Use your favorite hot sauce or taco sauce here.
For a smoother dip, blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
