Easy Baked Caramel Stuffed Apples
These easy baked apples filled with gooey caramel, chocolate and cinnamon make a delicious quick dessert that can be prepared in minutes. You can even assemble them ahead of time!

- 3 medium granny smith apples
- 12 caramel candies
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Pinch of cinnamon if desired
- flaked sea salt if desired
Preheat oven to 400℉
Wash apples, cut in half, and scoop out the core.
Place apples in small baking dish, and fill each core with 2 caramels.
Bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until caramel is melted and apples are soft.
Top each stuffed apple with a few chocolate chips, and bake for another minute or until chips are melted.
Remove from oven and add flaked salt and cinnamon, if desired
To assemble apples ahead of time, brush with lemon juice or Sprite to prevent apples from browning.
You may need 2-3 caramels per apple, depending on how large the apples are.
This can also be made in an air fryer.
