Easy Tiramisu Dip

This easy tiramisu dip recipe makes a delicious dessert dip with all of the flavors of classic tiramisu without all of the work! Perfect for holidays, parties or anytime you're craving a sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese and cream cheese together with a hand mixer until just combined
  • Add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract and beat until all lumps are gone
  • Add in the powdered sugar and instant espresso powder and beat until fully combined and smooth
  • Transfer mixture into a serving bowl and dust with cocoa powder
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is completely softened for easy mixing. 
Do not over-mix to avoid the mascarpone cheese from curdling. 
Use instant espresso powder, not instant coffee. Espresso powder is finely ground and stronger in flavor, whereas instant coffee is grainy and mild. 
For adults only, add 2-3 teaspoons of Kahula or amaretto.
