- 2 pounds pork tenderloin boneless
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Trim any extra fat and silver skin from the pork
- Spray a 6-7 quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
- Place tenderloins in the bottom of the crock pot
- Add the beef broth
- Sprinkle seasonings over the meat
- Add minced garlic and butter on top of the tenderloins
- Cover, and cook for 1-2 hours on high or 2-3 hours on low, or until internal temperature is at least 145℉ according to an instant read thermometer. Cooking times will vary with different sizes and brands of slow cookers.
When done, I like to slice the meat and let it sit in the juices on warm until ready to serve.
Be careful not to over cook the pork. Check the temperature after 1 hour on high or 2 on low. If you prefer the pork to be done more, you can cook it longer, to your liking.
