Cost: $10
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin boneless
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
Trim any extra fat and silver skin from the pork
Spray a 6-7 quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
Place tenderloins in the bottom of the crock pot
Add the beef broth
Sprinkle seasonings over the meat
Add minced garlic and butter on top of the tenderloins
Cover, and cook for 1-2 hours on high or 2-3 hours on low, or until internal temperature is at least 145℉ according to an instant read thermometer. Cooking times will vary with different sizes and brands of slow cookers.
When done, I like to slice the meat and let it sit in the juices on warm until ready to serve.
Be careful not to over cook the pork. Check the temperature after 1 hour on high or 2 on low. If you prefer the pork to be done more, you can cook it longer, to your liking.
