Honey Butter

This easy homemade honey butter recipe makes a delicious spread perfect for slathering on freshly baked bread, toast, pancakes, and muffins.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter softened to room temperature
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until light, fluffy and pale in color. Will take about 3 minutes
  • Add in the honey, and mix until fully combined. Will take 1 minute

Notes

If using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt for flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
