- 4 pound ham fully cooked, spiral cut
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup water
Preheat oven to 300℉
Cut slices of ham off the bone, and place in 13x9 baking dish. They can overlap a little
Mix the brown sugar and honey together, and sprinkle over the ham and between layers if overlapping
Add water to the bottom of the baking dish
Cover pan with aluminum foil, and bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until heated through. You can remove foil halfway through the baking time if desired. Serve warm
If you have a larger ham, you can use a baking sheet.
You can use the glaze from the ham if you prefer. We love using BBQ sauce for seasoning in the summer.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days. You can freeze extra ham for up to 3 months for best taste.
